- At check-in, we place a £50 hold on your card, which will be released after your stay, subject to any charges incurred.
- From 1 June 2025 there is a levy of £2.40 per room per night implemented by the Liverpool Accommodation BID company. The citywide fee is a mandatory charge which is collected by Liverpool City Council through us and aimed to support bringing major cultural, sporting and business events to the city, enhance the visitor experience and provide support for accessibility and sustainability initiatives.
